I have been in the real estate business for over 23 years.  As a managing broker/owner in 8 states, the one thing I have found is there is no continuity, especially in the education and continuing education part of this industry.  Meeting Phil Cali has been such a blessing because he has the answers for any question I have ever had when it comes to licensing, education, or general real estate questions.  Every time I would get a response back from the state, it was answered like a riddle and I had to try find the secret meaning of their response.  With Phil on your side, those worries go away.
